Funny-Ann produces its goods on demand. That means an item is only made when a customer orders it. With this, Funny-Ann tries to be as environmentally friendly as a internet-store can be. No stocks that, if not sold, end up in the garbage and seriously burden the environment.
That’s why Ann hopes that Funny-Ann.com customers think carefully before buying and/or returning something.
You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days from the moment of the return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging.
For returning the order, the return costs are for your account.
We will credit the amount within 14 days.

The entrepreneur Funny-Ann.com by anberliner, reimburses all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product (if the entire order is returned), immediately but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer informed him of the withdrawal reports. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with paying back until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer has used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
If the consumer has opted for a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, the entrepreneur does not have to reimburse the additional costs for the more expensive method.

We will then do our utmost to remove your dissatisfaction by finding a suitable solution together.
